| Remainig on his father's farm until after his marriage, he bought a farm at Tupperville where he then resided. He was activein public affairs. He was a magistrate , and for many years he held the esteemed position of commissioner in charge of the dikes on Annapolis River. He was highly respected and devoted his attention to matters that would benefit the farmers. A most genial hospitable man and an asset to his community. |
