Notes for Ebenezer WHITMAN
A man of intelligence and virtue, amiable ale in disposition and much respected by his neighbors; the muster rolls show Ebenezer Whitman of Bridgewater marched to Horse Neck, Braintree, March 4, 1776; also was called out on occasion of the alarm at Bristol, RI, Dec. 8, 1776. He died of consumption, Feb 11, 1786.
