Reportedly, they then removed to Cummington, but the town records show nothing. Abiah's will, dated 1807, refers to the children of Ruth, and refers to Ruth as being deceased.
Four of Ruth's children, Hannah, Jesse, Calvin, and Oren, are listed by Farnam with the last name of Johnson. Is it possible these children were adopted? |
