In 1738 when Susan was 20, she married Ephraim FOBES[4]. Ephraim died on 22 Mar 1802.

In 1741 when Thomas was 20, he married Susanna AMES[4].
284. Jonah WILLIS.[4] Born in 1723 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Mass.
285. Mary WILLIS.[4] Born in 1725. Mary died on 27 Oct 1799, she was 74.
In 1744 when Mary was 19, she married Major Isaac JOHNSON[4].
286. Rhoda WILLIS.[4] Born in 1727 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Mass.
In 1744 when Rhoda was 17, she married James HOWARD[4].
287. Capt. Zachariah WILLIS.[4] Born in 1733 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Mass. Zachariah died on 4 Aug 1776, he was 43.
In 1759 when Zachariah was 26, he married Bethiah HAYWARD[4], daughter of Thomas HAYWARD. Born abt 1715. Bethiah died on 16 Feb 1783, she was 68.
288. Nathan WILLIS.[4] Born in 1738 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Mass.
Nathan married Isabella HOWARD[4].
