HOW TO JOIN:
If you wish to join The Canadian Genealogy NetRing you must read and agree to the following terms of membership:

Canadian genealogy MUST be the main theme of your site; It is not necessary that members be Canadian, your site must contain content that ipertains to your genealogical research in Canada. Canadian families researching their ancestry are encouraged to apply!

IMPORTANT RULES:
Your site must be family oriented and suitable for viewing by children. No profanity, nudity, racism, hatred, or links to adult content sites. I shouldn't have to mention this, but I guess I have to.

Sites must be Non-Commercial personal home pages. Sites with any kind of commercials or links to for-profit sites will not be added to the ring. Keep it pure...

HTML CODE:
The HTML fragment code must be inserted on your page within 5 days of submitting the application form and needs to be functional before being add to the rotation of the ring. The complete HTML fragment code must be placed on your page exactly as instructed. The HTML fragment code must be placed on the same page as the link you provide in your application. I will check on you! Sites found not to have the fragment code of the page specified will be removed from the ring. It is your responsiblity to notify me when the HTML fragment code is functional. Only then will your site be added to the Netring.

It is the your responsibility to notify me whenever the URL of your site changes. Failure to do so may result in having the site deleted from the Ring. Sites failing to abide by the above guidelines will be removed from the Ring at once!

WHEN TO CONTACT ME:
If at anytime a member feels that a Canadian Genealogy NetRing site does not meet these guidelines, please e-mail me and I will investigate.

If you agree to these terms, then you are ready to join the netring!
